Why Forest Hill
Very residential area with swathes of tree-lined Victorian streets sat atop a hill, Forest Hill has extraordinary views of London. Access to the city is very easy, making it increasingly popular with professionals too. There is a hugely creative crowd in the area, with many residents working in creative industries.
Due to the housing stock, the area has traditionally been home to young families, but there are a lot of beautifully converted buildings making some spacious and desirable flats.
