This superbly located flat has the best Crystal Palace has to offer directly on its doorstep, it is quite literally a stone's throw from the edge of Church Rd on The Triangle and for the uninitiated, Belvedere Road is considered the area’s prettiest and most desirable road, so it’s a great place to invest and offers incredible practicality from a location perspective.

You wouldn’t ever need to leave the Triangle; it has everything, and thankfully, it’s largely independent!

Crystal Palace Station is 0.4 mi away, or an eight-minute walk (according to Google Maps), providing direct trains to London Bridge, Victoria, and the overland takes you to Shoreditch and beyond.

The same distance away on Anerley Road, you have Café Chic (a stunning Persian Café), whose falafel & halloumi wraps are our favourites, their coffee’s pretty damn good too, and their garden is the spot for an al-fresco brunch or lunch. Near to Chic, there’s a Bob Wines, and a few other incredible places you’ll love living next door to, such as the beloved Chatsworth Bakehouse, where locals queue for Sian & Tom’s insanely good sandwiches, focaccia, brownies & pizzas, and then there’s a more recent and very welcome addition to the neighbourhood in the Crystal Palace Wine Club, an intimate but quality wine bar owned and run by locals.
